OUR PHILOSOPHY Toine Michielsen and Sander de Weijer are the founders of RAW. Creating optimal living enjoyment in a rich atmosphere is their main motivation. As a result of their training as a green decorator , they are trained in working with the stratification of nature. They still use the technique of building a composition, but it has evolved for decades in designing the ultimate interior, without forgetting the green aspect. RAW Interiors has developed into a multidisciplinary company that is valued nationally and internationally for its unique style. “No matter how big a project is: we always think from the perspective of the residents and are happy to guide them to a balanced living environment in which beauty, atmosphere and tranquility form the basis.” RAW Interiors has grown over the past twenty years into a company with several locations. Here we show a regularly changing collection consisting of furniture from exclusive brands, our unique Private Label by RAW, luxury accessories and one of a kind art pieces. This dream home with a unique sea view and fantastic interior was built in fashionable Marbella. “The right choice for elements that seem like details, is essential: it gives the villa its luxurious ambiance.”
NEED FOR BALANCE ASTRID VAN DEN BOSCH Another passion works its way through my work: that of interior design and architecture. Besides the purely expressive ‘materialization’, I strive for beauty and peace. A house has to fit you like a glove, with the right flow, giving you the feeling that you’re at home. It’s a place where everything has to fit: the colors, shapes, layout, materials, orientation, interaction with the environment, and ever so many other aspects. In my work, you often see a certain ‘weathering’. It’s experience, survival, everything I’ve lived through. An interior cannot be too polished or predictable. Personal touches, an heirloom from a loved one, wreckage formed by the elements ... They give a home its soul. This applies to art in a home too. The right piece in the right place continues to amaze and invite contemplation. I enjoy working together with or on assignment from residents or interior designers. Empathy then plays a greater role than my own emotions. I love that variety as a way of bringing equilibrium into my life, of finding a balance between yin and yang.
A beautiful view. Nice contrast between the architectural lines and the warm atmosphere in the house. Natural materials combined with terra colors make the large spaces a cozy whole. The wooden staircase with slats is the centerpiece and also the eye-catcher of the house, it provides the connection with the kitchen and living room. The sliding glass sliding doors can be opened completely and provide a total outdoor experience. Looking at the green oasis, the golf course and the amazing infinity pool. A beautiful, 360 degree, view of the mountains and the deep blue sea with a view as far as Morocco. An architectural masterpiece on a hill in the Marbella area with wide sightlines. Through the monumental entrance you will experience the transparency of the villa. The central olive tree that is embraced by the villa strengthens the relationship inside-outside. The clean lines of the architecture are also reflected in the interior; the beautiful earth tones combined with aqua accents create a warm atmosphere. LA PLAGE CASANIS MARBELLA, SPAIN La Plage Casanis Marbella is not your typical Marbella-beach club. The moment you enter the beach bar you will notice the laid-back rustic scene. Created with designer Nezha Kanouni, the place follows minimalistic themes with a touch of wooden furnishings, rope hammocks, and sunbeds! The staff of La Plage is well-trained and can handle every situation. Also, they make the guests feel at home. Similarly, the beach hub takes pride in its ‘less is more’ philosophy.

MARBELLA, SPAIN This luxurious villa is designed by Carlos Lamas and is located on one of the best parts of La ALqueria, a quiet and peaceful location, offering breath-taking panoramic views of the golf course and lake, open mountain scenery and the Mediterranean. The striking design and modern lines that make up the architecture and interior of the villa and finished with the utmost attention to detail and quality, utilizing comtemporary and distinctive materials. Entering the plot through an automatic sliding door and a driveway down to the garage and the entrance level with landscaped rooftops. Entering the villa form this level offers a hallway with separate entrance to the garage, the elevator, staircase and huge rooftop terrace. From a single armchair to a complete turnkey delivery: we like to unburden you during the creation of the ultimate living environment. After an initial introduction, we make an appropriate plan. We discuss this and substantiate it with an extensive floor plan and a mood board with a tailor-made selection of rich materials. We draw on our endless library that contains renowned Italian top brands such as Meridiani, Frigerio and Molteni & C, our own Private Label by RAW and exclusive fabrics. Our fullservice design studio focuses on delivering a made-tomeasure interior with a good balance between beauty and functionality.
