Ticket alert Scan the QR code to sign up operaballet.nl/en/ticket-alert on your screen and in your mailbox, along with your e-ticket(s). At our theatre, you can simply present your e-tickets for scanning directly from your phone. By phone Prefer to order by phone? Call +31 20 625 5455. You’ll receive a payment link via email. Once payment is completed, your tickets will be sent by email. Dynamic prices In our ticket sales, we use a dynamic pricing system: tickets for popular performances may increase in price as the performance date approaches and more tickets are sold. Booking fee Booking fees apply to both online and telephone bookings. Discounted tickets Young people under 17 and holders of a CJP pass or a Stadspas from the municipality of Amsterdam can visit our theatre at a discounted rate. We also offer special deals for students and visitors under the age of 36. Exchange service Want to sell your tickets or exchange them for a different date? Please use our exchange service via operaballet.nl/en/ ticket-exchange. Please note that due to our dynamic pricing system, ticket prices at the time of exchange may be higher than at the time of your original purchase. Sold out... now what? Is the performance you wish to attend sold out? Don’t worry – there are still options: • Exchange service: keep an eye on operaballet.nl/en/ticket-exchange where tickets are regularly offered. • Collect a sequence number: on the day of the performance, you can pick up a sequence number at the box office from one hour before the performance begins. Uncollected tickets will be sold from half an hour before the performance, in sequence order (maximum of two tickets per person). • Waiting list: you can also join the waiting list beforehand.
