Cor Beyers Before earning his PhD from the Technical University of Eindhoven, Cor began his career as a high school teacher in mathematics and science. He then transitioned to industry, working at BASF in Germany as a laboratory manager before moving into project management for innovation initiatives. His passion for bringing new products to market led him to a role in new business development within the packaging sector. Cor later relocated to South Africa, where he served as a technical executive overseeing innovation projects in the polymer segment at Kansai Plascon. During this time, he also earned an MBA. Subsequently, he joined PPG as an operations director in Johannesburg, before returning to the Netherlands to assume the role of European Technical Director at Sherwin Williams. Since 2020, Cor has focused on education, starting as the programme manager for the MBA programme at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where he also worked as a senior researcher in the data science research group.
