As the MoA fosters collective agency, it drives the emergence of values-driven organisational cultures that prioritize well-being over short-term profit. Organisations that succeed in this transition will be those that embrace a more holistic view of value creation, recognizing that financial, social, environmental, outcomes are interconnected. The MoA supports organisations in developing a multi-dimensional approach to value creation, where individual and collective flourishing are prioritised alongside sustainable business growth. This brings us to the last two steps: 5. Where We Want to Be: Once individual and collective values are aligned, the organisation develops a shared vision for the future. This strategic framework ensures that organisational goals reflect both personal aspirations and collective well-being. 6. How We Get There: The final step involves collective action to achieve the shared vision. Teams work collaboratively to implement strategies that align with shared values, ensuring that personal agency and organisational goals are mutually reinforcing. Individuals are first invited to explore their personal identities and values, then align these with the organisation’s goals, and finally collaborate to shape the future direction of the organisation. This bottom-up cultural transformation creates the conditions for a systemic shift toward an economy of well-being, where organisations are able to thrive by fostering inclusive, adaptive, and values-driven environments. 5.6 Case Study A construction and installation company in the Netherlands applied the first 3 steps of the MoA to align its organisational culture with sustainability goals centred on circular economy principles. The company faced a disconnect between individual actions and its broader sustainability vision. To address this, the MoA framework was introduced through workshops designed to foster individual and collective agency by aligning personal values with the organisation’s objectives. Collective agency is the driving force behind transformative change, empowering individuals and organisations to align their values and actions toward a shared vision of systemic well-being. 28 5.6 Case Study
